University affiliated Project Essential Trauma Care System in Pakistan District Sukkur and District Tharpakar
Collect data from Basic Health Units (BHU), Rural Health Centers (RHC), Tehsil Headquarter Hospitals (THQ), District Headquarter Hospitals (DHQ), and tertiary care health facilities.
Interview healthcare providers, administrators, and logistic personnel.
Document availability of trauma care equipment and medical supplies.
Record information on training and expertise of healthcare staff in trauma care management.
Evaluate the referral system for trauma patients.
Analyze collected data to identify gaps in the trauma care system.
Provide recommendations for improvement based on assessment findings.
Collaborate with local health authorities and stakeholders.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Focus on trauma care system administration, medical treatment, and logistics.

Monitor Primary Health Care/Mobile Health in flood-affected areas.
Supervise field activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with field staff, stakeholders, and district authorities for smooth project implementation.
Identify vulnerable village clusters and develop weekly team plans.
Oversee project data collection activities and ensure efficient delivery of basic health services.
Maintain daily records, manage drug and supplies orders, and ensure transparent bookkeeping.
Organize periodic surveys and adhere to the monitoring and evaluation framework.
Coordinate with government departments and report progress and issues to PRCS management.

Assist in volunteer selection, training, and supervision for immunization campaigns.

Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose oral diseases, and administer appropriate treatments.
Perform a range of oral treatments, including root canals, extractions, and the placement and removal of prosthetics.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Educate patients on oral health practices to maintain optimal dental hygiene and overall oral health.

Ensure medical incident are properly reported through online system and the plan for for improvement is followed accordingly.
In collaboration with the Medical Superintendent and the rest of the team, Govt of Sindh Health partners, implementing and monitoring medical activities according to Flood Emergency project plan, standards and protocols.
Being responsible for medical data collection, analysis and reporting to the Medical Coordination in the targeted areas to ensure a proper monitoring of the program.
Participate in the development of the project policy, annual plan, project proposal, budget review and project reports.
Monitoring activity in the different medical specialties, as well as providing technical support to medical personnel in the field through self-knowledge and policies to help medical activities in the field including monitoring and ensuring compliance with the protocols of medical activities.
Coordinate, supervise, coach and support medical team members performance to improve the medical components of the project and ensure compliance with project development.

Council the patients about Oral Hygiene Examine, diagnose and treat oral diseases.
Perform oral treatments including root canals, extractions, partial dentures, and fixing and removing prosthetics.
Work with clinical staffs to provide quality patient treatments. 
Evaluate patients dental health and prescribe medications.
Refer patients to appropriate specialists when needed.
Work with office staffs in managing patient appointments and scheduling to achieve productivity goals.
